Champagne Pertois-Moriset is an independent, family owned grower-producer. Their Rose-Blanc is 92% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and 8% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, all Grand Cru vineyards. Precise, bone dry, and crisp, with distinctive, ripe berry and biscuity notes. Pairs perfectly with a raw seafood tower or a rich chocolate raspberry cake.
