Chateau Siaurac is the largest property in Lalande de Pomerol and was bought by Chateau Latour in 2015. This is the second vintage produced as entirely biodynamic under Latour, the resulting wine is extremely dark with good spice. This is clearly a wine for ageing and will reward a little patience.
