Convento Barolo, Figli Luigi Oddero

This eponymous winery used to serve as a convent, hence the name "Convento." Aromas of rose, ripe berry, menthol and sunbaked earth with notes of seasoned tannins, dried black cherry, star anise and tobacco on the palate.
