Domaine des Cotes Rousses "La Pente" Blanc

Jacquère from the limestone slopes of St-Jean-de-la-Porte. Vinified with native yeasts without the addition of sulfur showing flavors of key lime, lemon, and salt. Mouthfeel was fresh and prickly, with great minerality, and a bit of tannin on the tongue.
