Opera Lambrusco di Modena Amabile

A demi-sec Lambrusco made with 95% Lambrusco Grasparossa and 5% Salamino. Notes of black cherry, with a fruity and well-balanced structure. Goes nicely with cold meats, pasta with meat sauce, grilled meats, pizza, and ice cream.
