What a find! This tiny producer ages their Gruner Veltliner for NINE years in a large oak fuder before bottling. The result is a rich, textured white that shows a symphony of stone and orchard fruit flavors with a hint of salty, nutty oxidation. If you told us this was three times the price, it would still be worth it. Seriously.
