A bittersweet rendition of the classic “red bitter” but with more character. 17 fresh and dried organic botanicals are infused for two weeks, including gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, fresh orange peel, and rhubarb root in non-GMO neutral grain spirit.  Then it is strained and filtered and organic cane sugar and cochineal are added to achieve the ruby hue we all love. Phenomenal in a Negroni, Americano, or on the rocks with a twist.
