We can't get enough of this bottling of Erbaluce, a seldom-seen white grape found in the northern reaches of the Piedmont region. Ripe orchard fruit and fresh-cut white flowers leap out of the glass. Moderate acidity holds the wine together and makes this an incredible summertime sipper.
