Domaine de L'Aigle a Deux Tetes "Les Clous Nature" Savagnin 2023

This exceptional producer in the Jura is new to us, and we are blown away. Henri Le Roy is a self-taught vigneron worked in an non-oxidative ("ouille") style. This wine showcases the earthy nature of the Savagnin grape, with barrel aging softening the acidity slightly. Flavors of spiced pineapple and a hint of nuttiness with a beautifully rich texture.
