Fontaine-Gagnard Bourgogne Passetoutgrains 2023

Passetoutgrains (or "all the grapes") is a classic Burgundy tradition of blending Pinot Noir and Gamay. Fontaine-Gagnard is an excellent producer in Chassagne-Montrachet, and their example of this red blend is deep and beautiful. Long elevage in old oak produces a wine with a great balance of Gamay freshness and Pinot complexity.
