A stunning example of pure minerality from one of France’s pioneering biodynamic wineries. This is Muscadet (though they left the AOC) from a single soil. It’s a surprisingly powerful wine, but the lack of overt fruit and pronounced saltiness make it as refreshing as it is profound.
