Pierre-Marie Chermette "Le Trois Roches" Moulin-a-Vent 2023

Moulin-a-Vent traditionally produces the most structured and powerful of Beaujolais' 10 cru villages. Chermette makes an excellent example of the cru, and employs oak aging to intensify the natural qualities of the terroir here. Deep red fruit, spicy minerality and fine, but firm tannins allow this wine to stand up to hearty red meats while still being eminently drinkable.
