Farming Practices
White Rock is a special property on the east side of Napa Valley. It has been owned by the Vandendriessche family since 1977, but was originally planted in the mid-19th century. The house style is inspired by Bordeaux, favoring earthy spice and structure from the Cabernet Sauvignon over jammy fruit. Their Claret is always their Cabernet-based blend, and the 2020 is a triumph from a tricky vintage.
