Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit

Aquavit is a traditional Scandinavian infused spirit that always features dill and/or caraway. Since 2009, we've been infusing every batch of 45th Parallel Dill Aquavit with hundreds of pounds of freshly-harvested dill from a local farm.

Botanically, it might be simple. But the expression on the palate is anything but. Simply put, this is a beautiful celebration of dill as a botanical. The juniper and caraway add some color and complexity but this is all about the dill.

Fans of herbal spirits and dill aquavit may not find a better example— American made or otherwise.
