The reposado retains at its core the purity of the blanco and the brief time in the barrel has rounded out the profile with a generous touch of additional complexity. Notes include ripe bananas, apricot, vanilla custard, and a hint of baking spice. An excellent value all around. Perfect for a Paloma.
