Joseph Swan was the pioneer of pinot noir making in California and remarkably remains one of the very few that has not sold its soul to the corporate world, steadfastly clinging to its small production methods. "Cuvee de Trois" is its best-known bottling, combining opulent Russian River fruit with earthy spices unique to Sonoma.
