Champagne Miniere "Les Voirmissa" Extra Brut 2017

"Les Voirmissa" is a vineyard that was planted to Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in the early 1970s by Fred and Rodolphe's father over 50 years ago. The wine is aged 5 years on the lees before disgorgement. The bubbles here have the texture of satin, and the vinous quality that producers like Miniere aim to achieve really comes through here. Serve this wine in large glass and let the beautifully spicy Pinot fruit shine through. Only 60 bottles of this wine were imported to the entire United States, and we grabbed 12 of them.
