Cruse Wine Co. "Reserve Cask" Sparkling NV

This is a special release from California bubblemeister Michael Cruse. The same blend as his flagship "tradition" cuvee (70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir) but it rests for 2 years in barrel, then 2 years in bottle before disgorgement for a rich, lightly oxidative wine in the Selosse tradition. A very serious American sparkling wine.
