We love all the Lambrusco wines that Alberto Paltrinieri produces, but his "bianco" might be the most unique. This is a blend of the red grape Lambrusco di Sorbara, vinified white (like a Blanc de Noirs) along with the white grape Trebbiano. The result is something similar to an extremely well-made prosecco, but with a touch more depth and complexity. We love it so much we bought every case that came into New Jersey!
