Slow and Low was inspired by the original Hochstadter's Rock and Rye recipe and a few other 19th-century recipes we happened to unearth. It's made strong; using the best-aged whiskey and matured slowly. Our exclusive 6-Year-Old Straight Rye Whiskey is then macerated to perfection with three citrus peels: lemon, grapefruit, and orange, pure cane rock candy, honey, and a hint of horehound.
