Dr. Burklin-Wolf "Hommage a Luise" Riesling 2022

The estate of Dr. Burklin-Wolf was one of the earliest proponent of biodynamic approach in Germany and the first to be certified by Biodyvin. "Hommage a Luise" has a hint of sweetness, with 35 grams per liter of residual sugar but is offset by 8 grams of acidity to produce immensely enjoyable experience.
