Chereau Carre "Les Terraces - Monnieres" Muscadet 2015

This pioneering producer in Muscadet (they were the first to age their wine on the lees, a standard practice now) produces wines with amazing depth and texture, thanks to long aging in both concrete and then bottle before release. An intensely mineral wine, with a slippery, almost eggshell-like polish.
