JH Meyer Palmiet Chardonnay 2021

Inspired by his travels to New Zealand, California, and Burgundy, Johan Meyer established his first vineyard in 2011. Elgin, where his vineyard is located is one of the naturally coolest vineyard locations in South Africa. The grapes in this area benefit from cooler temperatures making the wines from this region crisp and refreshing. The Palmier chardonnay has notes of lime, white fruits, and wet stone. This wine is unfined and unfiltered. Great with cheese plates with jams.
