Luigi Giordano Brut Nature Rose 2020

A fun footnote in the world of Piemontese wine is that Nebbiolo was historically used to make rose-colored sparkling wines (Thomas Jefferson was a big fan.) The Giordano family, based in Barbaresco, pays tribute to this bubbly heritage with a beautiful, bracing dry rose wine made in the Champagne style.
