Direct from our favorite Biodynamic farm in the Burgenalnd, this wine is some of the best-valued wine on the market today. This Gruner shows itself in a playful manner oozing with minerality, lean green fruits, herbal and white pepper knows. It is quite the versatile pairing. It has a short aging in steel and spends a bit of time on its lees.
