Giovanna Morganti produces stunningly elegant wines in Chianti Classico (though she has left the appellation over a decade ago). She demonstrates the purity and focus that sangiovese can possess if it is grown conscientiously and produced with care. This is her flagship wine and is a contender for one of the best wines produced in the region.
