Salicutti Brunello di Montalcino 2019

Salicutti was the first certified organic winery in Montalcino, certified biodynamic by Demeter in 2022 and is now owned by a German couple who owns a 2-Michelin star restaurant in Munich. Their wines are known for the aromatic purity and structural harmony, yet they possess the authenticity that is missing in many modern Brunellos.
