Our Local Delivery Policy

Thank you for your interest in delivery!

Delivery Range & Timing: Powerhouse store at 350 Warren St. delivers seven-days-a-week throughout Jersey City and Hoboken. Orders received before 4 pm will arrive same day between 4:30 and 7:00 pm. Orders received after 4 pm go out the next day. Orders will be left at front desk of any building with a concierge.

CoolVines Newark delivers within Newark Wednesdays-Saturdays, please see the details of their program here.

Minimums & Fees: $5 delivery fee regardless of address. There is no delivery mimimum for downtown Jersey City, where our stores are. We do require higher minimum orders for areas far from our store (i.e. Greenville or the Heights). We offer the friendly reminder that there is a 10% case discount on wine at 12 or more bottles.

Ordering Wine & Spirits: To order from Powerhouse in Jersey City, use the drop down menus or the search field. This module can also be used for free in-store pickup at either Powerhouse (350 Warren) or our Grove Street (276 Grove) locations. 

Ordering Beer:  More and more of our beer selections are online, but many of the fast-moving IPAs and other rarities are not. Call Powerhouse at 201-432-8910 or email orders@coolvines.com to inquire about beers beyond what you see online. There is a placeholder or open item called "beer/cider" that you can use in conjunction with instructions in your order to indicate beers or ciders you'd like. 

Gifts & Gift Cards: You can designate any delivery as a gift and leave a message for the recipient. Please make sure to leave a phone number for the recipient in the shipping address so that our driver can contact them. If you'd like us to gift wrap bottles, please indicate that in the special instructions of your order. 

Gift cards are most often used for in-store shopping but contact orders@coolvines.com if you'd like the card number sent to your recipient for online ordering, or indicate as such in the special instructions of your gift card order.

There are times when certain wines or spirits do sell out in the store before the reference disappears on the website. Our staff will contact you to discuss a substitution.
