Almatitan Añejo

Almatitán represents a masterclass in lowland terroir and uncompromising tradition. Grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil, their certified organic agave is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens and open-air fermented before undergoing double distillation in copper pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon barrels for 13 months.
