The Western Australian appellation of Margaret River is home to some of the continent's absolute best Cabernet Sauvignon. While much of it quite expensive, the humbly-priced wines of Ashbrook are a phenomenal value. Ripe dark red fruit and hints of vanilla and coconut spice mingle together in a beautifully full-bodied, satisfying red.
