Chateau Chante l’Oiseau Sauternes 2019

Located in the sub-appellation of Barsac, this small artisanal producer of classic Sauternes produces an exquisite example of the famed sweet wine. Aged in 50% new oak for two years, this is a rich, ripe example of Sauternes with flavors of mango, passion fruit, honey, apricot and baking spice.
