Alice & Olivier De Moor Bourgogne Chitry 2023

While the De Moor's produce some of the most sought-after wines in Chablis, they also produce wine from vineyards located just outside the appellation. Chitry is located just southwest of Chablis, on the same Kimmeridgian soil. There is slight tropical twinge here, which blends beautifully with intense sea shell minerality.
