Didier Dagueneau "Buisson Renard" VDF Blanc 2020

One of the world's greatest producers of white wines, Dagueneau revolutionized farming practices in his home appellation of Pouilly-Fume to coax a power and minerality out of Sauvignon Blanc that had never been seen, or tasted, before. This vineyard is planted on a mixture of clay and silex, yielding and intensely mineral wine, mitigated slightly by elevage in small oak barrels.
