Domaine Charvin crafts a traditional Rhone blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from its 10 hectare holding, resolutely clinging to the tradition of using whole clusters and concrete tanks to vinify and age his wines. This is Burgundian in its aromatic finesse and silky texture, unique among the modern-day Chateauneuf-du-Pape where the maximum fruit density and glossy oak are the orders of the day.
