Domaine de la Fouquette "Cuvee Rose d'Aurore" 2025

This is a classic Provence Rose with its pale salmon color and notes of grapefruit, peach and lavender. The 2025 vintage is bit richer than it was last vintage, but still shows plenty of freshness and cut. This is composed of 65 percent Grenache, 30 percent Cinsault and 5 percent Rolle.
