Domaine de Montbourgeau Creamnt du Jura Brut Zero NV

This is exceptional Cremant. Montbougeau is an excellent producer in the Etoile appellation of the Jura. This wine is pure Chardonnay, with the same cut and chalkiness as a great Blanc de Blancs Champagne, but for a fraction of the price. No dosage here, so expect a sparkling that crackles with bright energy.
