Finca Abril "1922 Old Vine" Malbec Gran Reserva 2020

The name of this wine isn't a marketing ploy, the vines really are 100 years old! For this grand dame of a Malbec vineyard (located in the famed La Consulta district), Finca Abril ages the wine for almost two years new French oak. The result is a rich, full-bodied wine with lots of baking spice and graphite notes to complement luscious flavors of red plum, cocoa and violets.
