Finvara The Kings Gambit Irish Whiskey

Inspired by Irish folklore and the legendary king of the Daoine Sidhe (a mythical master of chess), this inaugural small-batch release is crafted by master distiller David F. Hynes. Made from pure grain, malted and unmalted barley, it is triple distilled in classic copper pots before being aged in selected ex-bourbon barrels and finished in sweet sherry casks. Smooth and slightly creamy, carrying sweet toffee, almonds, ginger, and gentle baking spices.
