La Venenosa "Puntas" Raicilla

La Venenosa "Puntas" represents one of the most highly prized and rare expressions in the entire world of agave. In traditional distillation, the "puntas" (heads) refer to the very first, highly concentrated liquid to exit the still. Crafted by master distiller Gerardo Peña, this Jalisco powerhouse sits at an electric, un-cut proof (typically 60%–65% ABV). Yet, it remains famously elegant, and shockingly easy to drink.

The palate is an explosion of ripe pear, lemongrass, creamy cacao, and roasted green peppers. The finish is long, crisp, and beautifully balanced with a subtle mineral and minty finish.
