L'Octavin "Cariboom!" VDF Rouge 2022

Though Alice Bouvot's winery is located in the Jura, she also produces wines from organic vineyards across France. This is a blend of whole-bunch Grenache and direct-press Carignan from the Vaucluse. A very light extraction and no sulfur added here whatsoever. A perfumed, crunchy, natural "glou glou" beauty.
