Birichino "Saint Georges" Central Coast Pinot Noir 2022

A delicate, perfumed and succulently red-fruited Pinot which is sourced primarily from old-vine fruit grown in the Besson vineyard at the foot of the Santa Cruz mountains. A nice dose of whole-cluster fermentation adds a spicy floral note to balance ripe strawberry and red raspberry notes.
