Luigi Baudana “Dragon” Langhe Bianco 2022

The famed Vajra family of Barolo owns this small estate in Serralunga. Dragon is produced from a co-planted vineyard that included the unusual Piedmont variety nascetta. A ripe, aromatic nose gives way to a round, mellow wine with just enough minerality to keep things interesting on the palate without sacrificing total refreshment.
