Mapuche Sauvignon Blanc 2023

A lively, dry sauvignon blanc with crisp acidity and a long finish. While this white is complex and flavorful enough to stand alone, it serves as an excellent, flexible companion to mostly everything on the table; including fresh greens, root vegetables, grilled meats, and most cheeses.
