Sauvignon Blanc-based Bordeaux Blanc is a CoolVines classic! A chalky, breezy, cool, zesty white that rolls around the glass with ample viscosity. Stony and mineral with good depth of fruit and lovely length. Extremely versatile with food, but just a lovely on its own.
