Monastero Suore Cistercensi "Benedic" Lazio Rosso 2024

The lone red produced by our favorite cloistered wine-producing Italian nuns! This is a blend of Sangiovese with Ciliegiolo (a "cherry-like" grape known for bright red fruit and slightly peppery flavors.) There is very light extraction here, making for a refreshing, energetic experience. Lovely with a chill and a great red for seafood.
