Moonland Apples Pears & Grapes

Moonland is Vinca Minor’s new project, experimenting with fruit beyond grapes. This refreshing sparkler is a blend of organic apples and pears, with organic Picpoul grapes. The fruits co-fermented together spontaneously, then a bit of Picpoul Blanc was added in the spring right before bottling. It's juicy, tangy, aromatic, and super easy to drink!
