Mother Rock Force Celeste Chenin Blanc 2022

This is some electric Chenin Blanc from Mother Rock winemaker, Johan Meyer ("Stompie"). The fruit is sourced from a single vineyard of 30+ year old vines in the Swartland and fermented in stainless steel with a small chunk of whole bunch thrown in to the mix. The acid is punchy, but the mouthfeel is lush and round, creating a wine of great balance.
