Nusserhof "B..." Blatterle 2021

This small estate, located within the city confines of Bolzano in the Italian Alps, is an iconoclast in every sense of the word. In fact, they aren't even legally supposed to make this wine! Blatterle is an unapproved grape variety in the region (hence the ambiguous label). A truly unique wine with a creamy texture, floral tones, and low acidity.
