Quinta do Infantado Palhete "Junior" 2021

"Palhete" is Portuguese for the British term "claret", historically applied to the very pale, not-quite-red wines of Bordeaux wines in earlier centuries; it indicates a blend just like this, of a light, fresh, chillable wine of mainly red but including white varieties. Joyfully fresh.
