Year after year, this is one of our favorite roses, produced by Jean-Marie Rimbert, a natural wine pioneer in the Languedoc region of France. This bone-dry rose shows bright berry fruit, a hint of white peach, and a salty, crisp acidity that makes it a perfect wine to pair with just about any food you can throw at it.
